Randolpho “The Fire Midget” Cubino

It’s been 5 years since you left us. We miss you. We love you. We wish you never left.

This site is a memorial dedicated to my brother, Randy, who tragically lost his life at 29 years old; working an off-duty fire site.

By clicking on the links to your right, you will learn about the life he led, the life he was, the lives he left behind, and the lives he touched while alive.

I want this site to be nothing more than a memorial for all those who’ve lost loved ones–whether they be firefighters or not.

THE FIREMAN’S PRAYER
When I am called to duty, God
Wherever flames may rage
Give me the strength to save some life
Whatever be the age
Help me embrace a little child
Before it’s to late
Or save an older person
From the horror of that fate
Enable me to be alert
And hear the weakest shout
And quickly and efficiently
to put the fire out.
I want to fill my calling
And give the best in me
To guard my every neighbor
And protect his property
And if according to my fate
I am to lose my life
Please bless with your protecting hand,
The special people in my life
